Ingredients
- Courgette - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 head
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Ground meat - 14.1 oz
- Cilantro - 1 bunch
- Dill - 1 bunch
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 5.3 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the zucchini into thin rounds, julienne the carrot, and cut the onion into half-rings. Mix (adding salt) and sauté in olive oil in a slow cooker on the baking mode for 30 minutes, or in a pot.
Step 2
Chop the onion and garlic with a blender, add the ground meat and salt. Form small meatballs. Bake in the slow cooker or oven for about 25–30 minutes.
Step 3
Chop the dill, cilantro, and garlic with a blender, add the tomato paste, and serve with the meatballs.
