Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 8.8 oz
- Milk - 7 fl oz
- Dry yeast - 2½ teaspoons
- Butter - 1½ tablespoons
- Sugar - ½ teaspoon
- Salt - ¼ teaspoon
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Suluguni Cheese - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sift the flour into a bowl.
Step 2
Add the yeast, salt, sugar, and butter. Pour in the warm milk. Knead the dough.
Step 3
Knead it vigorously for about 5–7 minutes.
Step 4
Place it in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let it sit for an hour.
Step 5
Mix the cheese with the butter and one egg.
Step 6
Divide the dough into 2 parts. Roll each into an oval shape and form boats. Fill with the filling. Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes at about 482°F.
Step 7
Remove from the oven, stir the filling, and pour in the egg. Return to the oven to bake for another approximately 15 minutes.
