- 9% Vinegar - 4 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil - 4 fl oz
- Salt - 1.1 oz

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Chop the apples and carrots into large pieces.
Step 3
Cut the tomatoes into large pieces as well.
Step 4
Remove the seeds and stems from the peppers and chop them coarsely. If you prefer a spicier adjika, you can leave the seeds in the hot peppers.
Step 5
Pass the apples, carrots, peppers, and tomatoes through a meat grinder.
Step 6
Combine everything in a large pot, place it over heat, and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Step 7
Add the pressed garlic, vegetable oil, vinegar, sugar, and salt. Cook for another 15 minutes.
Step 8
Sterilize the jars and lids over steam for 15–20 minutes.
Step 9
Transfer the adjika to jars, seal them tightly, turn them upside down, and cover with a blanket until completely cool.
Step 10
You can eat the apple adjika right away or preserve it for the winter.
