  • Adyghe cheese - 2.6 oz
  • Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Mild Chili Spice - to taste
  • Toasted Sesame - a pinch
  • Herbs - to taste
  • Pesto - 6 tablespoons
  • Ocean salt - to taste

Cut the cheese into slices about 1–1.5 cm thick.

Heat the oil in a skillet.
