- Eggplants - 2 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers - 3 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Chinese green beans - 5.3 oz
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Cilantro - 3 sprigs
- Parsley - 3 sprigs
- Basil - 3 sprigs
- Mild Chili Spice - 2 pieces
- Tomatoes - 3 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the eggplants into rings and divide them into four parts.

Clean the peppers and cut them into four parts.
Step 3
Boil the green beans in boiling water for 3–4 minutes. To preserve their color, cool them under cold water.

Chop the onion into small cubes.
Step 5
Finely chop the cilantro, parsley, basil, and garlic.
Step 6
Blanch the tomatoes for 1 minute, making a cross at the stem end. Cool them under cold water and peel.

Cut into small cubes or blend.

In a pan with vegetable oil, fry the eggplants, adding a little salt. Place them on a plate and let cool.

Separately, fry the peppers in vegetable oil, adding salt. Place them on a plate.

In the same pan, add the onion and fry until golden, then add the garlic. Let cool.

In a deep dish, combine all the prepared and cooled ingredients. Season with salt. Mix well.
