Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 10.6 oz
- Spanish onions - 1 head
- Ramiro Pepper - 2 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers - ½ pieces
- Mild Chili Spice - 1 piece
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Parsley - 0.4 oz
- Garlic - 0.4 oz
- Olive Oil - 2 spoons
- Chili Flakes - to taste
- Sumac - ½ spoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Make cross-shaped cuts on the tomatoes and place them in boiling water for 1 minute. Quickly cool them in cold water.
Step 3
Peel the tomatoes and dice them into small cubes.
Step 4
Remove the seeds from the Ramiro and bell peppers, and cut them in the same way.
Step 5
Slice the cucumber. If the skin is tough, you can peel it off.
Step 6
Chop the parsley.
Step 7
Finely chop the red onion into small cubes.

Finely chop the garlic and chili pepper.
Step 9
Prepare the dressing. Combine minced garlic and chili pepper, olive oil, lemon juice, chili flakes, sumac, salt, and pepper.

Drizzle the chopped vegetables and herbs with the dressing and toss to combine.
