Description
Ezme is a traditional Turkish vegetable appetizer that includes bell peppers. You will need half as much bell pepper as tomatoes, but the flavor of the pepper is still very noticeable. This recipe is inspired by a popular American restaurant.
Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 15.9 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 7.1 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - 5.3 oz
- Onion - 2.8 oz
- Parsley - 1.4 oz
- Mild Chili Spice - 0.3 oz
- Thyme - 0.1 oz
- Black Bean Paste - 1.4 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Salt - 0.4 oz
- Narshehab sauce - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash and dry all the vegetables. Dice the tomatoes into small cubes using a sharp knife. Finely chop the onion, bell pepper, and parsley.
Step 2
Place all the chopped ingredients in a bowl. Add olive oil, pepper paste, salt, and spices, and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
If desired, you can add a few drops of narsharab sauce when serving.
