Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Soy Sauce - to taste
- Parsley - 0.1 oz
- Egg white - 2 pieces
- Water - 2 qt
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the fillet into pieces (I used skinless fillet, as I don't like rich broths, and it's healthier).
Step 2
Add a little soy sauce and the fillet to boiling water; cook until done (about 5–7 minutes).
Step 3
Then add the chopped parsley.
Step 4
Whisk the whole egg or egg whites (depending on how many eggs have been eaten and cholesterol levels) in a bowl and pour it into the boiling soup in a thin stream while stirring the broth (if you stir in one direction only, the egg will form long strands, but if you stir randomly, it will form thin threads).
Step 5
Bring to a boil and turn off the heat. Let it steep for a bit, and then it can be served.
