- Almonds - 10.6 oz
- Garlic - 0.4 oz
- White bread - 10.6 oz
- Wine Vinegar - 0 fl oz
- Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
- Salt - ½ teaspoon

Prepare the ingredients.

Soak the almonds in water, bring to a boil, and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Step 3
Drain in a colander and rinse with cool water.
Step 4
Peel the blanched almonds.
Step 5
Soak the bread in cold water for 5 minutes, then squeeze out the excess water.
Step 6
Peel the garlic clove.
Step 7
Place the almonds, squeezed bread, garlic, oil, and vinegar into the food processor bowl and blend on 'blender' mode, gradually increasing the speed from 3 to 8.
Step 8
Add salt to taste and water to achieve the desired consistency, and continue blending for 30 seconds.
Step 9
Pour the finished dish into prepared bowls and garnish with almonds and herbs.
