- Desiccated coconut - 3 tablespoons
- Cinnamon - a pinch
- Water - 5 cups
- Milk - 2 cups
- Honey - 1.8 oz
- Flaxseeds - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak the almonds (raw) for 6 hours, then drain the water and rinse the almonds.
Step 2
Blend all ingredients in a blender. Strain through cheesecloth or a fine mesh sieve.
Step 3
Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
