Ingredients

  • White bread - 30 pieces
  • Ham - 3.5 oz
  • Butter - 2 tablespoons
  • Olives stuffed with lemon - 6 pieces
  • Whole egg - 4 pieces
  • Peeled Cooked Shrimp - 6 pieces
  • Sliced Processed Cheese - 2.5 oz
  • Cream - 2 tablespoons
  • Avocado - 1 piece
  • Roquefort cheese - 1 piece
  • Watercress - 1.8 oz
  • Aged gouda cheese - 1.8 oz
  • Canned water chestnuts - 1.8 oz
  • Walnuts - 6 pieces
  • Curry - 1 teaspoon
  • Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon
  • Parsley - to taste
  • Dill - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Spread butter on six slices of bread, place slices of ham rolled into rosettes, halves of olives, and parsley leaves on top.

Step 2

Mash the yolks, add curry, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper to taste, and mix well.

Step 3

Spread the resulting mixture on six slices of bread, placing one shrimp on top of each.

Step 4

Garnish with dill. Mix processed cheese with cream until smooth.

Step 5

Fill a pastry bag with the cheese mixture and use it to pipe the cheese cream onto the six slices of bread.

Step 6

Sprinkle with diced avocado. Spread butter on the remaining bread.

Step 7

Top with a piece of lettuce.

Step 8

Cut the Roquefort cheese into six slices, place them on the six slices of bread, and top each with a walnut half.

Step 9

Cut the Gouda cheese into 12 slices.

Step 10

Place two pieces of cheese and one cherry on each of six slices of bread.

Step 11

Arrange the resulting sandwiches alternately on a large flat plate.
