Ingredients
- Chicken offal - 2 lbs
- Walnuts - 9.2 oz
- Onion - 2 heads
- Black Pomegranate Molasses - 2 fl oz
- Thyme - to taste
- Cilantro - to taste
- Khmeli-suneli - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Celery salt - 1 piece
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Parsley - 1 stem
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the chicken offal separately, adding carrot, parsley root, and celery, and season with salt. Then slightly cool the offal and cut it into strips. Mix with chopped onion and thyme.
Step 2
Chop the walnuts, add pepper, minced garlic and cilantro, pomegranate juice, salt, and khmeli-suneli, and mix.
Step 3
Dress the offal with the sauce and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
