- Fingerling Potatoes - 4 lbs
- Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Fresh Rose Hips - 1½ tablespoons
- Crème fraîche - 1½ cups
- Red Caviar - 2.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 392°F.
Step 2
Wash the potatoes well and make a cut on one side. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet, cut side down. Bake in the oven for about 35 minutes until the potatoes are soft. Remove from the oven and let sit on the baking sheet for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Transfer the potatoes to a serving dish and top the cut with a small amount of crème fraîche and caviar.
