Ingredients
- Black tea - 2 teaspoons
- Cinnamon - 2 pieces
- Apple juice with pulp - 1 qt
- Rosemary - 1 sprig
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Green Apples - 1 piece
- Fresh Mint - 1 bunch
- Ice - to taste
- Honey - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil 1 liter of water in a kettle.
Step 2
Place black tea in a jar and pour boiling water over it.
Step 3
Add 2 cinnamon sticks to the jar with tea.
Step 4
Let it steep for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Strain the tea through a sieve into a clean jar.
Step 6
Keep both cinnamon sticks.
Step 7
Add apple juice to the brewed tea and stir well with a spoon until homogeneous.
Step 8
Return the cinnamon sticks to the tea and add the rosemary sprig.
Step 9
Cover with a lid and refrigerate overnight.
Step 10
Wash the lemon and apple.
Step 11
Slice the lemon into rounds and the apple into thin wedges.
Step 12
Remove the cinnamon and rosemary. You can add ice and mint sprigs to the tea.
Step 13
Then add the lemon and apple. Optionally, add a little liquid honey.
