Description
Next time you are at a common American store, pay attention to the soda in the Swedish products section with the strange name kolsyrad äppeldryck. It looks like this http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/30164759. You can find both apple and pear flavors. Both can serve as a worthy base for a refreshing lemonade. Ginger beer (actually it is non-alcoholic, almost...) can be found in various grocery stores.
Ingredients
- "Citro Lemonade" - 17 fl oz
- Guinness Beer - 8 fl oz
- Soda water - 11 fl oz
- Mint - 10 stems
- Ice - to taste
- Gin - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Tear the mint leaves and mix them in a pitcher with ice.
Step 2
Add a can of apple soda from the store, 250 milliliters of ginger beer (actually it is non-alcoholic) but the ginger flavor is much more pronounced than that of ginger ale, and 330 ml of soda water.
Step 3
If you want to make this lemonade a light alcoholic cocktail, add 200 ml of gin.
