- Lemon - 5 oz
- Pitted Wild Apricots - 20 oz
- Sugar - 5 oz
- Mint - 0 oz

Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Thoroughly wash and sterilize the three-liter jars. Boil water in a container, approximately 2.5 liters of water per jar.
Step 3
Wash the apricots well under running water.
Step 4
Remove the pits from the apricots.
Step 5
Place the apricots at the bottom of the jar.
Step 6
Add 200 grams of sugar to the jar.
Step 7
Slice the lemon and place it in the jar.

Slice the orange and place it in the jar.
Step 9
Add the mint to the jar and carefully fill it to the top with boiling water.

Seal the jar with a metal lid, turn it upside down to ensure the lid is tightly sealed.
