Description
For this recipe, it's best to use soft, almost overripe apricots and soft Thai mango.
Ingredients
- Pitted Wild Apricots - 8 pieces
- Mango - 1 piece
- Freshly squeezed orange juice - 17 fl oz
- Lime - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Juice the oranges and lime, or use ready-made unsweetened orange juice with pulp. If you prefer a more tart flavor, use 1.5 or 2 limes.
Step 2
Peel the mango and remove the pit, cutting it into medium pieces.
Step 3
Remove the pit from the apricots and cut them in half.
Step 4
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed for about 5 minutes.
Step 5
Check the consistency—if the smoothie is too thick, dilute it with orange juice or water and blend again.
Step 6
Serve, garnished with a sprig of tarragon.
