  • Quail Egg - 20 pieces
  • Champagne Vinegar - 1 fl oz
  • Ground clove - 6 pieces
  • Cilantro - 6 pieces
  • Parsley - 12 pieces
  • Bay leaf - 2 pieces
  • Green peppercorns - 6 pieces
  • Ginger - 0.7 oz
  • Sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Thyme - 2 pieces
  • Fresh Rose Hips - 2 pieces

Step 1

Wash the quail eggs. Mix all other ingredients, pour in water, and boil the eggs in this broth. Then cool, transfer along with the eggs to a glass container, and let marinate for 72 hours in a cool place.
