- Quail Egg - 20 pieces
- Champagne Vinegar - 1 fl oz
- Ground clove - 6 pieces
- Cilantro - 6 pieces
- Parsley - 12 pieces
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Green peppercorns - 6 pieces
- Ginger - 0.7 oz
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Thyme - 2 pieces
- Fresh Rose Hips - 2 pieces

Step 1
Wash the quail eggs. Mix all other ingredients, pour in water, and boil the eggs in this broth. Then cool, transfer along with the eggs to a glass container, and let marinate for 72 hours in a cool place.
