Ingredients
- Artichoke bottoms - 8 pieces
- Olive Oil - 2 fl oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 fl oz
- Ginger-Garlic Paste - 0.4 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 0.4 oz
- Sun-Dried Tomatoes - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the artichokes into 4 pieces and place them in a pot of boiling salted water. Cover with a lid and cook over medium heat for about 20-25 minutes. Remove the artichokes from the water and dry them well.
Step 2
For the sauce, whisk the olive oil in a small bowl with the lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper. Add finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes and parsley. Taste and add more salt and pepper if needed. Cover with plastic wrap until serving.
Step 3
Serve the artichokes warm, cold, or at room temperature, drizzled with the sauce.
