- Water - 8 glasses
- Sesame Oil - 2 spoons
- Chicken fillet - 2 pieces
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- White Cabbage - 8.8 oz
- Grated Ginger Root - 1 tablespoon
- Udon Noodles - 8.8 oz
- Soy Sauce - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Bring the water to a boil in a pot.
Step 2
Meanwhile, heat oil in a skillet and sauté the chicken, cut into pieces, until golden brown.
Step 3
When the water boils, add the chicken, grated carrot, shredded cabbage, minced garlic, and ginger (optional). Cook for 2 minutes, then add the noodles. Cook for another 3 minutes until the noodles are ready. Add soy sauce to taste.
