Ingredients
- Chicken Broth - 1½ l
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Egg noodles for wok - 5.3 oz
- Soy Sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Leek - 1 head
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Red Long Chili Peppers - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the meat broth or bring the prepared broth to a boil.
Step 2
Cut the carrot into thin strips, chop the bell pepper, garlic, and ginger into cubes, sauté, and add to the broth along with the soy sauce.
Step 3
Cook the noodles separately according to the package instructions, then add to the broth, seasoning with red pepper and salt to taste.
Step 4
Serve with sliced rings of leek.
