- Asparagus - 7.1 oz
- Smoked haddock fillet - 7.1 oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Ground Black Pepper - a pinch
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Quickly sauté the asparagus in olive oil for just a couple of minutes.
Step 2
Remove from the pan.
Step 3
Slice the salmon into thin pieces.
Step 4
Wrap the asparagus with 4 pieces of salmon each.
Step 5
Sauté again for about 1.5 minutes on each side.
Step 6
Remove from the pan.
Step 7
Season with salt, pepper, and drizzle with lemon juice.
