Ingredients

  • Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Champagne Vinegar - 2 tablespoons
  • Shallot - 1 piece
  • Salt - ¼ teaspoon
  • Ground Black Pepper - a pinch
  • Canned White Asparagus - 12 pieces
  • Asparagus - 12 pieces
  • Serrano Chili - 6 slices
  • Romaine lettuce - 2.5 oz
  • Herbs - 2.5 oz
  • Seedless Green Grapes - 8.1 oz
  • Seedless Green Grapes - 8.1 oz
  • Chopped almonds - 1.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a bowl, mix the olive oil, vinegar, chopped shallot, salt, and pepper.

Step 2

Boil the asparagus in boiling water for 3–4 minutes until tender but slightly crisp. Rinse under cold water and dry.

Step 3

Cut each slice of ham into 4 strips. Wrap each asparagus piece in a strip of ham.

Step 4

In the bowl with the dressing, add the lettuce leaves, herbs, and halved grapes. Toss to combine. Arrange on a plate, top with the asparagus, and sprinkle with almonds.
