Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the olive oil, vinegar, chopped shallot, salt, and pepper.

Boil the asparagus in boiling water for 3–4 minutes until tender but slightly crisp. Rinse under cold water and dry.

Cut each slice of ham into 4 strips. Wrap each asparagus piece in a strip of ham.
