Description

Ingredients
- Shrimp - 10 pieces
- Canned Truffles - 8 fl oz
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Kaffir Lime Leaves - 2 pieces
- Lemongrass - 1 stalk
- Fish Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Oyster Mushrooms - ½ teaspoon
- Mild Chili Spice - 6 pieces
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 2 tablespoons
- Ground coriander - 8 stalks
- Water - 1 qt
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash, peel, and chop the shrimp.
Step 2
Bring the water to a boil, add the lemongrass (lemon zest) and lime leaves. Add the shrimp and cook for 3 minutes.

Add the mushrooms, salt, and oyster sauce.
Step 4
Remove from heat, season with fish sauce, lemon juice, and red chili pepper.
Step 5
Garnish with cilantro sprigs before serving.
