Ingredients
- Onion - 17.6 oz
- Sweet Pepper - 17.6 oz
- Tomatoes - 17.6 oz
- Carrot - 17.6 oz
- White Cabbage - 17.6 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 5 fl oz
- Salt - ½ spoons
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Peel the onion and carrot. Slice the onion into half-rings and cut the carrot into thin strips.
Step 3
Remove the seeds and stem from the pepper. Cut it into strips.
Step 4
Slice the cabbage into wide strips.
Step 5
Cut the tomatoes into four to six pieces.
Step 6
Place the vegetables in a pot. Add vegetable oil, salt, and sugar.
Step 7
Bring to a boil and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
Step 8
Sterilize the jars and lids over steam for 15–20 minutes.
Step 9
Transfer the vegetables to sterilized jars. Seal with lids and cover the jars with a blanket until they cool.
Step 10
Store in a dark, cool place.
