Description

- Eggplants - 10.6 oz
- Tomatoes - 5.3 oz
- Cream Cheese - 3.5 oz
- Avocado - 1.8 oz
- Lime Juice - 0 fl oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Ground Dried Garlic - 0.4 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the eggplants into 1 cm thick rounds, coat them in oil with garlic (without salt, otherwise the eggplant will release too much juice).
Step 2
Grill the eggplants (a healthier option) or fry them in a pan on both sides.
Step 3
Slice the tomatoes into rounds.
Step 4
Mash the avocado with a fork, add salt, lime juice, and mix until it reaches a puree-like consistency.
Step 5
Assemble the toast (a slice of eggplant, spread the avocado puree on top, then add a tomato slice, followed by cream cheese) and cover it again with eggplant, you can sprinkle a little salt on top.
Step 6
Serve as an appetizer.
