- Avocado - 2 pieces
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp - 5.3 oz
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Basil - 1 bunch
- Sour Cream - 1 tablespoon
- Spicy salami - 0 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 2 teaspoons
- White Pepper (whole) - to taste

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the tomatoes and basil.
Step 2
Finely chop the tomatoes (removing the seeds) and the basil leaves.
Step 3
Boil the shrimp and drain the water.
Step 4
Mix the sour cream with the mustard, lemon juice, salt, and white pepper.
Step 5
Add the tomatoes, shrimp, and basil.
Step 6
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and carefully scoop out the flesh with a spoon, trying not to damage the skin with a thin layer of flesh left.
Step 7
Finely chop the scooped flesh and mix it with the shrimp mixture.
Step 8
Season again with salt and pepper and fill the avocado skins with the prepared mixture.
Step 9
Serve with toast.
Step 10
Alternatively, you can peel the avocado and slice the flesh thinly, then arrange it on a plate and top it with the shrimp mixture.
