Ingredients
- Eggplants - 2 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Parsley - 2.1 oz
- Olive Oil - 4 tablespoons
- Black Pomegranate Molasses - 0.1 oz
- Barbecue sauce - 0 oz
- Pomegranate Seeds - to taste
- Onion - 2.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Tomatoes - 0 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the eggplants in a baking dish, prick with a fork, and bake.
Step 2
Once cooled, remove the skin and cut into small cubes.
Step 3
Finely chop the tomato and bell pepper.
Step 4
Add the chopped parsley, onion, and finely minced garlic.
Step 5
Add the oil, pomegranate molasses, salt, barbecue sauce (for those who are not grilling the eggplants, to add flavor and aroma), pomegranate seeds, and salt.
