- Pitted olives - 32 pieces
- Dried Apricots - 2.1 oz
- Pistachios - 2.1 oz
- Bacon - 17.6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 446°F.
Step 2
Cut the dried apricots into thin strips.
Step 3
Stuff each date with 3–4 pistachios.
Step 4
Place a date and a strip of dried apricot on each slice of bacon. Roll them up and secure with toothpicks.
Step 5
Arrange on a baking sheet and bake until golden, about 10 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel, then to a serving plate and serve immediately.
