Ingredients
- Whole egg - 2 pieces
- Cream 22% - 25 fl oz
- Condensed Milk - 1 can
- Vanillin - 1 packet
- Instant coffee - 3 teaspoons
- Irish Whiskey - 12 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour 500 ml of chilled cream into a large bowl, add 2 egg yolks, and whisk until smooth.
Step 2
Add the condensed milk and coffee, dissolved in a small amount of water, and whisk again.
Step 3
Add the remaining cream and the packet of vanillin, and whisk again.
Step 4
Add the whiskey and whisk one last time.
Step 5
Pour the resulting mixture into bottles and let it steep in the refrigerator. The longer the liqueur steeps, the richer it will become.
