- Butternut Squash - 2 pieces
- Green pickled tomatoes - ½ cup
Step by Step guide

Preheat the oven to 392°F.
Step 2
Cut the squashes in half and scoop out the seeds.
Step 3
Place the halves on a baking sheet, cut side up, and spread the inside with jam (the jam recipe can be found in the notes).
Step 4
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Remove the foil and bake for another 30-45 minutes until tender.
