Baked Adyghe cheese

Ingredients

  • Adyghe cheese - 10 oz
  • Marinated cherries - 5 oz
  • Pickled garlic - 2 cloves
  • Ocean salt - to taste
  • Chili Flakes - to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves - to taste
  • Thyme - 1 sprig
  • Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon

Cut the cheese into small cubes and place them in a baking dish.

Thoroughly wash the cherry tomatoes in cool water.
