Description
This recipe uses Brie cheese, but you can substitute it with Camembert or another soft white cheese; the brand doesn't matter, just like with Gorgonzola. You will need one package (head or piece) of each cheese. Instead of cashews, you can use any nuts you like, just make sure to chop them. As for the ham, it can be any cured meat available in stores. Honey, herbs, and salt can be added to taste, more or less as you prefer. It’s best served with crunchy toast or croutons, which should be toasted in a dry pan or toaster. Enjoy it warm as an appetizer with wine—perfect. Bon appétit.
