- Beetroot - 5.3 oz
- Grapes - 1.8 oz
- Cream Cheese - 1.8 oz
- Apple Sauce - 1 fl oz
- Strawberries - 0.2 oz
- Fresh Mint - 0 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the beetroot, then without peeling, coat it with vegetable oil and add salt to taste. Next, wrap it in foil and bake at 180°C for 30-40 minutes.
Step 2
Apple Sauce: To prepare the apple sauce, you will need: apple juice (packaged), sugar, and balsamic vinegar. For 500 ml of sauce, you will need 30 g of balsamic vinegar, 80 g of sugar, and apple juice. Mix all the ingredients and cook until reduced by 2.5-3 times to evaporate the sugar.
Step 3
Peel the baked beetroot and cut it as you prefer. Cut the grapes in half.
Step 4
Serving: Arrange the sliced beetroot and grapes, add the apple sauce and mix. Top with soft cream cheese. For garnish, you will need strawberries cut in half and mint.
