  • Ricotta cheese - 14.8 oz
  • Canned Jalapeño Peppers - 8.1 oz
  • Roasted Peanuts - 2 tablespoons
  • Ground ancho chili pepper - ½ teaspoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 356°F.

Step 2

In a bowl, mix the ricotta, goat cheese, and finely chopped green chiles, squeezing out any excess moisture. Add the pumpkin seeds and sprinkle with ground pepper. Mix well.

Step 3

Transfer to a greased baking dish and bake for 30 minutes until golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes and serve.
