  • Eggplants - 8.8 oz
  • Adjika - 1.8 oz
  • Salt - 0.1 oz
  • Dill - to taste
  • Parsley - to taste
  • Cilantro - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Place the eggplant in a baking dish and put it in a preheated oven at 356°F for about 20 minutes (the eggplant should become soft).

Step 2

Remove the skin from the cooked eggplant, leaving the stem.

Step 3

Make a cut in the center of the eggplant, add adjika to the hollow, and sprinkle salt around the edges.

Step 4
