- Passata Tomato Sauce - 16 fl oz
- Herbes de Provence - to taste
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 4.2 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 392°F. Slice the eggplants into thin pieces and arrange them in a baking dish. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with herbs. Cover with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes until soft.
Step 2
