Step by Step guide

Step 1

Slice the eggplants into rounds, sprinkle with salt, and let sit for 5-10 minutes to remove bitterness, rinse, and grill until cooked.

Step 2

Mix the soy sauce, two types of oil, season with salt and pepper, and dress the eggplants.

Step 3
