Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 5 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 5 pieces
- Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Yogurt powder - 3 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Dried Rosemary - 0.2 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the eggs hard. Cut each in half. Remove the yolk.
Step 2
Mash the yolk with a fork. Grate the cheese and combine it with the yolks. Add yogurt, salt, and spices. Mix well. Stuff the egg halves with this mixture.
Step 3
Dice the onion. Sauté in a spoonful of vegetable oil. Mince the garlic.
Step 4
Wash the tomatoes and chop them finely. Place in a bowl and lightly mash.
Step 5
Grease a frying pan with vegetable oil, place the eggs in it. Pour the tomato sauce on top and bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 356°F.
