Ingredients
- Green Figs - 4 pieces
- White bread - 7.1 oz
- Balsamic Vinegar - 1 fl oz
- Feta cheese - 7.1 oz
- Prosciutto - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the figs into quarters, place them on a heatproof plate, and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
Step 2
Bake for 5-10 minutes at 356°F. The figs should become soft, and the vinegar should slightly thicken. Allow to cool.
Step 3
Slice the bread into pieces about 1/2 cm thick and toast on a rack in the oven for 10 minutes. Let cool.
Step 4
15 minutes before serving the appetizer, place 2-3 pieces of bread on each plate, crumble the cheese, and add a piece of prosciutto. Add the figs and drizzle with vinegar.
