Ingredients
- Breadcrumbs - 2 cups
- Morels - 2 cups
- Milk - 1 cup
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Butter - 4 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Egg white - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the eggs hard. Cool, peel, and separate the yolks from the whites (only the yolks will be needed).
Step 2
Cut the mushrooms into small cubes.
Step 3
Grease the bottom of a baking dish with 1 tablespoon of softened butter. Sprinkle with 3/4 cup of breadcrumbs and layer the mushrooms. Pour in the milk mixed with the raw yolks.
Step 4
Top with crumbled boiled yolks, then the remaining breadcrumbs, and drizzle with the remaining melted butter.
Step 5
Bake covered with a lid or foil (partially) in a preheated oven at 392°F for about 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 5 minutes until the top is golden brown.
