Ingredients

  • Garlic - 4 cloves
  • Morels - 2 lbs
  • Chopped Sage Leaves - ½ cup
  • Thyme - 1 teaspoon
  • Dijon Mustard - 2 tablespoons
  • Ground Black Pepper - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - ½ teaspoon
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Butter - 7.1 oz
  • Breadcrumbs - ½ cup

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Melt the butter in a skillet and add the minced garlic, parsley, mustard, thyme, black pepper, lemon juice, and salt.

Step 2

Arrange the mushrooms in a single layer in a baking dish. Drizzle with the prepared dressing and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

Step 3

Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 30 minutes, or until the breadcrumbs are golden brown.

Step 4
