Ingredients
- Bell Peppers - 2 lbs
- Carrot - 17.6 oz
- Onion - 10.6 oz
- Champignon Mushrooms - 10.6 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 4 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Feta cheese - 3.5 oz
- Parsley - 1 bunch
- Garlic - 3 cloves
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the peppers, place them on a baking sheet, and bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Turn the peppers several times to ensure even baking.
Step 2
Wash the mushrooms, chop them coarsely, and sauté in 2 tablespoons of oil.
Step 3
Chop the onion and garlic, and sauté in the remaining oil, add grated carrot, mix, and stew until cooked.
Step 4
Add the mushrooms to the onion and carrot, add salt to taste, and mix everything. Add the chopped parsley.
