Description
This is a wonderful appetizer for wine or even a side dish for meat. The plums should be meaty, and the pit should come out easily. You can use any nuts. Brie or Camembert cheese — any cheese with noble white mold. Use salt and sugar sparingly to preserve the natural flavor of the plums.
Ingredients
- Plums - 2 lbs
- Brie cheese - 7.1 oz
- Macadamia Nuts - 1.8 oz
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon

Prepare the plums and cheese.
Step 2
Peel the garlic and prepare the nuts.
Step 3
Cut the plums and remove the pit.
Step 4
Add salt.
Step 5
Add sugar.

Finely chop the garlic.

Sprinkle the garlic over the plums.

In each plum, place a couple of nuts instead of the pit.
