Ingredients
- Pork Blood - 2 lbs
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Herbed Cream Cheese - to taste
- Grill Meat Spice Blend - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash and dry the carrot.
Step 2
Cut the carrot into sticks 3–4 cm long.
Step 3
Wash and dry the pepper.
Step 4
Cut the pepper in half and remove the seeds.
Step 5
Cut the pepper into sticks 3–4 cm long.
Step 6
Wash and dry the meat.
Step 7
Make incisions in the meat about 3–4 cm deep.
Step 8
Stuff the meat with vegetables, alternating carrot and pepper.
Step 9
Sprinkle the meat with herbed salt and seasoning, and place it in a baking dish.
Step 10
Cover the dish with a lid and place it in a preheated oven at 392°F for 1 hour. Garnish with pepper and herbs when serving.
