- Salad Potatoes - 17.6 oz
- Butter - 0.7 oz
- Whole egg - 2 pieces
- Milk - 1 tablespoon
- Cream (40%) - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the potatoes and boil them. Drain the water and mash while still hot or pass through a potato ricer.
Step 2
First, add the butter, then 1 yolk. Mix well.
Step 3
Heat the milk and cream, then add to the potato mixture.
Step 4
Transfer the mixture to a pastry bag fitted with a large star tip and pipe small portions of the potato mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 5
Mix the egg yolk with a small amount of water. Brush the potatoes with this mixture using a brush. Bake for 30 minutes at 392°F.
