Ingredients

  • Salad Potatoes - 4 pieces
  • Bacon - 12 oz
  • Fresh Mushrooms - 8.8 oz
  • Brandy - ¼ cup
  • Green peppercorns - 1 tablespoon
  • Cream (40%) - 1 cup
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Butter - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Place the green peppercorns in a bowl and cover with cold water.

Step 2

Preheat the oven to 374°F. Wash the potatoes well and dry them. Prick them several times with a fork and place them in the oven for about 1 hour until soft.

Step 3

Heat a skillet well, add finely chopped bacon and thinly sliced mushrooms. Sauté until soft and golden brown.

Step 4

Pour in the brandy and carefully ignite it. Once the flames go out, add the green peppercorns. Then pour in the cream, season with salt and pepper, and bring to a boil.

Step 5

Slightly open the potatoes, place a piece of butter in each, and drizzle with the sauce on top.
