Description
An original recipe. Do not grease the baking sheet with oil. Bake dry. Goes well with salted fish and vegetable salad. And with vodka...!)))
Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes - 2 lbs
- Butter - 5.3 oz
- Herbs - 1 bunch
- Flaky sea salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Parmesan Cheese - 1.8 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles - 3.5 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the medium potatoes lengthwise into halves.
Step 2
Trim a bit from the bottom so they don't tip over in the oven.
Step 3
Place on a baking sheet and sprinkle the cut sides with coarse salt.
Step 4
Bake at 392°F until a brown crust forms on top.
Step 5
While the potatoes are baking, prepare the fillings with softened butter. You can make several variations: 1 — mix herbs (cilantro, parsley, dill, thyme) with Parmesan and butter; 2 — mix pickled mushrooms with garlic and butter; 3 — roasted peppers in vinegar and garlic with butter.
Step 6
Cut a cross on top of the potatoes and fill them with the filling. Serve immediately.
