- 10% cream - 5 tablespoons
- Natural Yogurt - 5 tablespoons
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 0.7 oz
- Chopped Green Onions - 0.7 oz
- Dijon Mustard - 1 tablespoon
- Coarse Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Pierce the potatoes in several places with a fork and wrap them in foil. Place on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 1 hour until soft (depending on size).
