Description
This is a very simple and quick appetizer for the table. You can use Camembert or Brie, and the vegetable seasoning should be salt-free since the cheese is salty. Pears can also be added during baking, alternating them with slices of cheese and pumpkin. Here, the pear balances the salty cheese flavor and adds sweetness. If you don't have croutons, you can simply use bread or serve it without any.

- Pumpkin - 10.6 oz
- Camembert cheese - 1 piece
- Mushroom seasoning - a pinch
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Pear - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Herbes de Provence - a pinch
- Croutons - 4 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the main ingredients.

Cut the pumpkin into wedges.
Step 3
Then peel the wedges.
Step 4
Place them in a baking dish.

Chop the garlic into small pieces and add it to the pumpkin.

Slice the cheese into strips.

Insert them between the pumpkin wedges.
